Innovaw is a professional manufacturer of aluminum castings and machined parts, it has been serving global customers for more than 20 years and has won good reputation among customers.

With more than 580 employees, we are a team pursuing customer satisfaction and high quality. We provide customers with solutions in aluminum-zinc high pressure die casting, aluminum low pressure casting, aluminum gravity casting, aluminum investment casting, aluminum sand casting, CNC precision machining, etc. The annual sales 50 million USD in 2023.

The factory has been certified with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Lloyd's Register certification, and Green Factory audit by the government. We are declaring to our customer with CBAM, planning to be certified with SA8000 and ISO/IEC 27001 in the near future.

Project Processes

When we received the inquiry from our customer, we will evaluate initially and see if we can produce or not. If yes and after engineering approval with possibility, we will send the offer.

Our procedure and flow for the new project:
1. Customer place tooling and samples order
2. We issue PI for 50% tooling cost for down payment
3. Send tool design drawings for customer approval
4. Start mold production after 50% deposit
5. Send samples for approval with PPAP and other docs like material certification and dimension report, etc.
6.Series production after approval of samples
Quality & Commitments

Guarantee of Quality: Before mold production, our team will do APQP procedure to evaluate the drawings. After communication and drawings confirmation, to start the mold production and issue the flow chart for the whole process. our team will apply the SPC, MSA, FMEA and PPAP for the whole samples production process. send samples for approval together with PPAP docs. Start series production after signed PSW by customer.

Our team working to guarantee the quality and delivery in time for the new project development. But just in case the procedure failure, we promise to refund the tooling cost deposit to our customer.

Are you trading company or factory?

Depending on the casting process, Innovaw group own several foundry and machining facility divisions to provide customers with solutions for aluminum and zinc high pressure casting, aluminum low pressure casting, aluminum gravity casting, aluminum investment casting, aluminum sand casting and CNC precision machining. we provide one-stop service from drawings to high quality products.
How to get quotation from you?

We ask for 3D models or detailed 2D drawings. Samples may also be provided for pricing purposes. Please also provide specific details such as the product quantity, annual demand, raw materials, and dimensional tolerances. We accept 3D models in .PRT and .SLDPRT formats, as well as neutral formats such as .IGS, .STP, and .X_T.
When can we get your quotation?

Generally, we will respond within one to three business days. If the product is complex, we may require additional time to analyze the manufacturing process and costs, and we will communicate with you accordingly.
How about your delivery term?

Our delivery terms include FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, DDU, etc.

Upon receiving your drawings, our engineers will evaluate them, develop a detailed process flow design, conduct a cost analysis for each step, and finally send you a cost breakdown.

Product Development

Upon order approval, we follow the APQP process: building the project team, conducting DFM and mold flow analysis, producing samples, and completing PPAP approval.

Mass Production & Delivery

Upon sample approval, we carry out mass production and process control based on the approved control plan and in accordance with IATF 16949, using export-standard packaging and delivering products worldwide through modern logistics network.
